Packing & Handling
Baskets are shipped padded and cello-wrapped to prevent breakage.

Deliver & Postage

Postage is £4.95 for standard delivery to each address and includes any extras such as balloons or bouquets.

Free Hand delivery is available in the Porthcawl area

We cannot post to PO Boxes
We cannot guarantee delivery if the address provided to us is incomplete or incorrect.
Additional postage charges will be applied for redelivery.

Pricing

Rarely do pricing discrepancies occur, but just to be sure we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedure.
If an item's correct price is lower than our the price stated, we will charge the lower amount and send you the item.
If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated, we will notify you of the correct price and offer you the option of accepting the correct price or receiving a full refund.

Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, no refunds.
The Basket Case will replace items returned that were broken during postage.
